Cork Smart Gateway
The Cork Smart Gateway is funded by Cork City Council, Cork County Council, and University College Cork. The Cork Smart Gateway is further supported by a steering group consisting of The Tyndall National Institute, Cork Chamber, Tech Industry Alliance, Energy Cork and the Nimbus Technology Gateway. The Cork Smart Gateway seeks to develop Cork as a smart and innovative region where smart and innovative solutions can be developed to drive economic development, address climate change and improve the quality of life for Cork’s citizens. The Cork Smart Gateway works closely with Cork City Council to deliver the objectives of the Cork City Climate Action Plan and Cork City’s three EU Missions, the EU Missions for Climate Neutral and Smart Cities, Adaptation to Climate Change and Restore our Oceans and Water.
