Challenge:  Addressing flood risks and improving urban mobility and citizen well-being by integrating infrastructure, technology, and nature, with a focus on climate change adaptation.

The solution: The Nettuniani leverages advanced predictive AI, real-time monitoring of both ground and surface water bodies through IoT sensors, and historical insights from Milan’s ancient Roman channels and aquifers to pioneer sustainable flood management solutions. The Nettuniani also brings an innovative system to help Milan develop a robust digital ecosystem with real-time monitoring, aligning with smart city schemes from the EU.
