Three o’clock is a French agency for social impact founded 2020. It brings research and innovation closer to society, bridging the gap between science, technology and people. Thre o’clock’s mission is to create innovative solutions that effectively address real societal needs through the application of participatory design. The agency has worked in 15+ projects and has developed a powerful and well established approach, combining in-depth user research with active stakeholder engagement.

Mentors

Eylem Tasdemir

I’m a postdoc researcher and entrepreneur in smart water management, With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, I focus on sensor optimization and circular economy principles. I’m passionate about holistic, multiparameter solutions and fostering diverse community engagement for a sustainable planet.

Fanni Egresits

I am a professional specialising in innovation education and education innovation, with a strong background in managing international projects and events. My career focuses on the intersection of human and tech interaction and I am passionate about innovation management and behavioural change.

Elias Salem Cherif

I’m an expert in International Business & Finance, I helped over 50 start-ups expand in more than 15 countries. Our mission is to drive positive impact on 3 pillars: education, sustainability and innovation.

Louise-Nour

I am an environmental and Energy Engineer with a master’s degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development. Currently in my third year of PhD studies, my research focuses on the design and implementation of strategies that address the wide challenge of urban energy transition.

Rebecca Ravenni

Rebecca has spent the last few years scouting and supporting over 50 impact driven startups from all over the world. From the energy space, passing by circular economy carbon or sustainable consumption, Rebecca has helped climate entrepreneurs develop their business on an international scale.

Ram Dušić Hren

I have a background in physics. After working in academic research, I shifted into entrepreneurship and later into a technology corporation. For the last 4 years, I’ve been running my company Bright3r, my 3rd startup venture, where I focus exclusively on supporting sustainable companies

Françoise Guaspare

She contributes to improve local transport through strategies, facilitating the dialogue with industries, clusters, academia. Member of the Cities mission board, she is involved in expert groups of the European Commission, including the Expert Group on Urban Mobility as well as POLIS/ERRIN/NECSTOUR.

Sujith Ravindran

Sujith Ravindran is a global traveler, sits on boards of several impact initiatives, is a TEDx speaker and serial author of several books on leadership and personal development. He is the co-founder of Wise EU Foundation, a global thinktank to help EU stakeholders envision a thriving EU.
